Hi friends and welcome to my website.  My name is Rachel, and I am 13 years old.  I am a member of the Skating Club of Phoenix and train at the Desert Schools Coyotes Center in Peoria, AZ.  

           I absolutely love figure skating!   I cannot believe it is now 2009 and a new season.  The "spring" show has come and gone and am now preparing for the competitions this summer, and of course Regionals --- which will be right here in Arizona!!

      All of my doubles are coming along --except double axel.   I hope to have all of the rest of my double jumps consistent soon.

    I passed Novice moves and look forward to that senior gold MIF medal before long :).  I have a new off-ice training (cross fit), which I think has really helped my endurance and skating.  I did a little training in California last spring and had the chance to work with many great coaches including John Nicks, Todd Sand and Jenny Meno.
